What does it mean to have a BLESS THE MESS account?

Having a BLESS THE MESS account allows us to obtain the necessary information to correctly process your orders. You have full control over your personal information. It can be modified anytime.

How do I create my account?

To open an account: Click  “Register” shown at the top left of your screen. Then follow the procedure form on “Register”. If you experience difficulties, please contact our customer service, they will give you an answer as soon as possible.

How do I recover my username or password?

If you forgot your account password, click “Login” on the top left and click “Forgot password”. Automatically we will send you a new password to your registered email.

Is it possible to regularly receive information in my email with the latest news and offers?

Yes. Once you sign up for our newsletter, you will periodically receive information about the latest news, events, lookbooks and more from BLESS THE MESS.

Can I unsubscribe myself from the newsletter?

To cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to info@blessmess.com

What languages are available?

BLESS THE MESS offers you the shopping experience in two languages​​: Spanish and English.

SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

How do I know my size?

BLESS THE MESS puts the exact measurements of each model in a size chart. To ensure that the model you choose is your correct size, you can take measurements of yourself and compare them to the chart we have provided. You can also send an e-mail to info@blessmess.com

Are you going to restock the items marked as “Sold Out”?

If any item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as posible. If there is no stock, we will remove it from the web. Please be aware that the products labeled “Limited Edition” will not be restocked.

Can I order models not listed on the web?

At the moment, we can only offer products that we have in our Online Store, we are working to expand the number of products and options. If you are interested in any products not available please contact us through our e-mail info@blessmess.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What are the payment methods?

BLESS  THE MESS accept payments with credit or debit VISA, MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS or PAYPAL.

Choose this payment method on the page before you confirm your order. With credit or debit car, please indicate the card number, expiration date and CVV code found on the backside (three security numbers) of your CC, so you can make your purchase safely.

Your purchase is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from the BLESS THE MESS with your Order number, date and resume of your purchase. Make sure you check your friend/foe filters on your e-mail so it doesn’t end up in the land of spam.

How I can make sure my purchase went through correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from BLESS THE MESS with your order number, date and resume of your purchase. If you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service department immediately by e-mail info@blessmess.com

Do the prices include VAT?

VAT (21%) is included in the price of the items available on BLESS THE MESS. You can see in detail the price percentage breakdown of your order before processing to the final acceptance of purchase.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How much will shipping cost and to which countries do you ship?

BLESS THE MESS ships orders worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and volume/weight of the order. The shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. You can check the list of countries and rates here.

Remember, we do not shipping to PO Boxes, so we need the exact delivery address.

Please for international shippings, ID number or passport number is required for customs formalities. So please remember to fill in the form, otherwise BLESS THE MESS will contact you by e-mail.

Customs and import taxes for international orders:

Import taxes, customs and other related expenses, are not included in the final purchase price. BLESS THE MESS has no control over these tax policies that vary by country.

If the customer refuses to pay the customs and taxes, the product will be returned to BLESS THE MESS headquarters and we won’t send it back. Relevant costs (transportation, customs, etc, from back to the origin) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Taxes and customs duties are applied on all goods that cross borders. Taxes are levied on imported goods.

All international customers will be responsible for customs fees from their own country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately BLESS THE MESS cannot put a lower value on the parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order leaves our warehouse the usual delivery time in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain) is 48 hours, although we estimate 3-4 working days in any dispatch issues, Europe 5-10 working days, and for the rest of the world, 10-15 working days. We do not deliver partial orders, in case of unavailability of any product of the final order. We will wait to have all items to proceed with your shipment and we will inform you of this situation via email.

How can I track my order?

For Spain deliveries, you would receive 24h after your order an email with the tracking information. For European and International shippings, Bless The Mess Customer Service will email you tracking info 24h after your order. If no, please send and e-mail to info@blessmess.com regarding your parcel information.

Is it possible to return or exchange products?

BLESS THE MESS guarantees you a unique shopping experience. If upon receipt of your order you are not satisfied, only purchases made in the U.E. may be returned within 7 working days of your receipt. You should keep in mind that shipping charges on the return process MUST be covered by the customer.

Unfortunately, we are a small company and are currently trying to work out the process of refunds and exchanges outside U.E. Hopefully soon we will be able to proceed with worldwide refunds.

For returns contact the BLESS THE MESS writing an e-mail to info@blessmess.com explaining the reason for the return.

In order to proceed with the refund keep in mind these requirements:

  • The product should not be used.
  • Must be sent in the same condition it was received.
  • Must be delivered in our offices within 7 working days from the date you received the order. We DO NOT accept freight collect items.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we advise you to place the return through a courier company that ensures the integrity of the product shipped.
  • The shipping cost of return products is your responsibility.
  • It takes between 30 working days to have the money refunded in your account, this is an estimation, sometimes banks have difficulties in doing refunds.

We DO NOT accept product exchanges, you must return the product  and re-buy it.

What happens if my order gets lost?

In case of loss or misplacement of the product during the shipping process, our affiliate courier company will insure to refund the total amount. BLESS THE MESS will arrange the claim process.

Product distribution and handling

BLESS THE MESS is not liable for any errors caused during the input shipping address entry by the costumer. In any case if the order form does not conform to reality, has been omitted or there are changes in the shipping address, there will be extra charges that will be covered by the costumer.

Product disclaimer

BLESS THE MESS attempts to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can. However since our products are handmade we cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly match the actual product. Handmade products often come with minor flaws or variations in embellished parts like cuffs and shoulders. Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing. If you receive a damaged product with some fabric defect please contact us. Again please note that all BLESS THE MESS products are handmade so production is unique and may slightly vary in relation to the images displayed on our website.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive the wrong product please contact us via email info@blesmess.com and we will replace it.
