  • In how many languages can I navigate?
The browsing languages are Spanish and English. You will be able to select your preference on the top left of the website.
  • Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes, except for those products with handmade processes in which there could be a slight difference in the finish.
  •  Is it possible to receive periodical information from BLESS THE MESS in my e-mail?
Yes, you just have to subscribe to the "NEWSLETTER" by filling in the form below and you will receive information about the latest news, special discounts and events of BLESS THE MESS.
  • Can I unsubscribe from the BLESS THE MESS Newsletter?
Yes, you can unsubscribe by clicking on "UNSUBSCRIBE" at the bottom of the Newsletter you receive by mail.
  • How can I recover my username and password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "User" icon at the top right and click on "Forgot your password". A new password will be automatically sent to your email address.
  • How can I contact the Customer Service department?

  • Is my personal information confidential?
All the information you share with us is private and confidential with BLESS THE MESS for the development, fulfilment and execution of the purchase contract, to attend your requests and to provide you with information about the products. See all the details in our Privacy Policy.

  • What does it mean to have a BLESS THE MESS account?
Your BLESS THE MESS account allows us to obtain the necessary data to process your orders. You have full control over your personal data and you can modify them at any time.

  • Do I have to register to be able to buy online?
In BLESS THE MESS it is possible to make a purchase through the web as a guest, without having to create a user account in the online shop.
From BLESS THE MESS we recommend you to have a user account, as it will facilitate the purchase to be able to save a book of preferred addresses, you will have a history of your orders, returns and invoices.
  • Do the prices include VAT? 
VAT (21%) is included in the price of the items available on our website. However, you will be able to see a detailed breakdown of the price of your order before the final confirmation of your purchase.

  • In which countries can I buy online / Do you ship worldwide?
You can buy BLESS THE MESS from anywhere in the world. The shipping cost varies depending on the country of delivery. This is calculated once you have indicated the place where you want to receive your order.

*Remember that for shipments to destinations outside the European Union, we are not responsible for the payment of customs duties, tariffs, or any other tax that may be generated. These must be paid by the customer. If the order is returned to us because we have not accepted it, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
  •  Can I find BLESS THE MESS in a physical shop?
Yes, we are very excited to open our first showroom in C/Milanesado, 4-6 door 3, 08017 - Barcelona. Please contact us at info@blessmess.com to visit our showroom.
  • Can I exchange or return an order online?

  • Can I exchange or return an order I bought online in a physical shop?
Yes, you will have to indicate your name and surname in the shop and show the order confirmation email with your order number. Click here for more information.
  • How can I be sure that my purchase has been made correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount of your purchase. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder. If you don't find it in your spam folder, please contact us through our online chat, by email at info@blessmess.com.
  • Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, of course you can. After making your purchase, you will receive an email within 24 hours informing you of the status of your shipment with the details and tracking number. If you have not received it, please contact us through our online chat or by email at info@blessmess.com so that we can provide you with the information. Remember that orders usually leave our warehouse the next working day after the order is placed.
  • What is the delivery time? 
Once the order leaves our warehouse the usual delivery time is 1 - 2 working days for Spain mainland, 3 - 5 working days for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Cantabria and Melilla mainland, 3 - 7 working days for Europe, and 4 - 7 working days for the rest of the world.
We do not make partial deliveries of orders, in case of not having some product of the order we will wait to have the totality of the same one to proceed to its shipment and we will inform you of this situation.

We will check that the product(s) is (are) in perfect condition,

  • Can I cancel my order?
When you place an order you are making a firm purchase and therefore the amount will be deducted from the card with which you have made the payment, so you can not cancel the order once you have confirmed it. In any case, please write to us at info@blessmess.com as soon as possible so that we can manage it and arrive in time so that the package does not leave our warehouse and therefore generate shipping costs.
  • What should I do if I receive a defective item?
BLESS THE MESS only sells items in perfect condition, so if exceptionally, you receive a garment with a defect, please contact our Customer Service department by email info@blessmess.com to offer you the best solution.
  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order, we will solve it quickly. Please contact our Customer Service department by chat or email info@blessmess.com so that we can guide you through the steps.
  • How long does it take for a refund to appear in my bank?
We process refunds within 5 calendar days of receiving them in our warehouse. It usually takes between 5-14 working days for you to receive your refund. It depends on your bank.
  • Can I exchange or return an item won in a raffle?
No, sorry.
  • What methods of payment can I use?

In BLESS THE MESS all payments are 100% secure. In addition, we offer you multiple options to pay for your purchase. You can pay by credit card, Paypal or cash on delivery.

You can pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

If you have a Paypal account, in BLESS THE MESS we also offer you the possibility to pay with your account. When paying simply click on "Pay with Paypal" and enter your details.
